On March 25th, Performance Space New York pays homage to the late postmodern punk poet/novelist Kathy Acker. Tina Satter organizes "In the beginning there was a young girl...," a reading series that I will be performing in alongside readers Shana Fletcher, Jess Barbagallo, Jeremy O. I am thrilled to be giving a short art talk about the drawings and paintings of my brother, John Davis. A selection of his work will be up at The Kitchen March 8-18th during gallery viewing hours. Working with Drama League again this July, this time for a residency hosted by American director and Drama League Fellow Ellie Heyman and Bulgarian playwright Yasen Vasilev (BORGESTRIPTYCH, The Walled In Ones, NUTRICULA),. The residency centers around the development of a new play about the life and legacy of Bulgarian expressionist Geo Milev.
